Cook along with Simon Rogan: The best of British seasonal produce


On the evening of Thursday, July 15, cook along with Michelin starred chef Simon Rogan and Lisa Markwell, food editor of The Sunday Times, as they create a delicious two course dinner from Simon’s restaurant L’Enclume in Cartmel, Lake District.

In partnership with Range Rover, we are celebrating the best of British produce and the incredible food that can be created with seasonal and sustainable ingredients. We are delighted to be heading to the Lake District where chef Simon Rogan, champion of the farm to fork movement, has set up his own farm dedicated to producing the finest ingredients for his restaurants. Simon is committed to showcasing the connection between his food and the incredible landscape around him and through this event, you will be able to experience his ethos in your own kitchen. 

Simon will be providing all the fresh ingredients you need to cook along with him, delivered direct to your door from Simon Rogan at Home. The boxes are exclusive to this event, and will include the highest quality ingredients, which are sourced within the UK, including from Simon's farm and foraged from his local area. The boxes will serve 2 people, are £60 plus £10 delivery and will be delivered on the day of the event.  Order your box here

  • Can I still watch the event if I do not wish to cook along?
    Absolutely! Cooking along with the event is optional and you can still enjoy the demonstration and discussion if you are just watching.
  • How many people does the menu serve?
    One box will include ingredients to serve two people. You can order additional boxes to cook for more people if you need to. 
  • What equipment do I need, and do I need to do any preparation?
    Ahead of the event, you will receive the recipes and all the information you need on equipment and preparation, via email. The recipes do not require any specialist equipment.  
  • What if I can’t make the time?
    A recording of the event will be added to our Events Library the following day, so you can do the cook-along at a time that suits you. If you order the ingredients box you can select for it to arrive on Wednesday, July 14 or Thursday, July 15, and we recommend that you use it by Saturday, July 17

About Simon Rogan
Simon Rogan's restaurants currently hold 4 Michelin stars between them. Simon was also named the AA Chef of the Year 2017, and currently holds five AA Rosettes at L’Enclume, three AA Rosettes at Rogan & Co and four AA Rosettes at Roganic. In 2018, Simon was appointed Bocuse d’Or UK president, taking over the position from Brian Turner.
