Join us on the evening of Thursday, February 3 for an inspirational discussion on how to stay fit and healthy for the year ahead. Our expert panel will focus on wellness, how to feel your best, and address the challenges of staying motivated.

With the new year comes a clean slate, and the opportunity to review how you look after yourself. Lesley Thomas, Editor of Weekend, The Times and beauty columnist in the Times Magazine will be joined by Peta Bee, Harry Jameson, and Oliver Patrick for this holistic discussion covering physical, mental, nutritional and emotional wellbeing.

Peta Bee is an award-winning journalist who has been writing about health and fitness for The Times for 20 years. She has a degree in sports science, an MSc in nutrition and has written seven books including Fast Exercise (Short Books) co-authored with Dr Michael Mosley and The Ageless Body (Bloomsbury) which she wrote with Dr Sarah Schenker. Peta, is also a qualified coach to aspiring young athletes.

Harry Jameson has over 15 years of experience in both the fitness and hospitality industries and is a regular contributor to The Times. As a performance coach, his entire career has been based upon improving the lives and performance of the world's highest achieving individuals and still counts world leaders, leading industry CEOs and some of the most influential people on the planet as his clients. 

Oliver Patrick is a physiologist and leading expert in lifestyle management focused on the application of contemporary wellbeing strategies - consulting businesses and individuals globally. Oliver was head of physiology at Nuffield Hospitals where he led the largest team of applied physiologists, wellbeing advisors and nutritionists in the UK and co-founded Viavi on London’s Harley St, delivering the most advanced health assessment and health evaluation services. Oliver now runs a corporate wellbeing consultancy service and has founded a digital education business that is focused on enhancing practical coaching skills including stress, sleep, environmental toxicity, and mindset.
